The room had a horrible moldy smell. They refused to move me until I was walking out the door.

Woman at desk was awesome .check in and out was easy and enjoyable . bed was comfortable . tv worked shower was clean
Smell of mold was so bad that I had to go to Wal-mart and buy 2 cans of lysol and spray the mold on the ceiling and the whole room with them when we first got there !No in room coffee maker .the rug was stained and dirty looking . and if you move the bedding and looked at the mattress it had burn holes in it and stained ! sheet were dirty and had black spots on them .The entrance is on the south side of rt 146 with no access from the north bound lanes you have to go up to the light and make a u-turn to enter !

It was close to family we were visiting. The continental breakfast was good.
Although we had a non smoking room it was infiltrated with smoke. We had to put towels across bottom of the door to keep the smoke out. The hall way was smokey a lot. Smoking rooms seem to outnumber the non smoking.

It was just an appropriate option for a momentary pause in Sutton with excellent value for money. The heater worked well in my room, keeping it cozy during the chilly nights.

First off, got a nice surprise when I found a back room that was decent and clean after they finally moved us from the disaster front rooms. Plus, ran into some staff who were actually trying to help, rare in a place like this.
Definitely not cheap, but you know, what can you expect in a place like this.

I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Sutton. My check-in was a bit rocky. I called ahead for an early check-in and was told it wouldn't be a problem, but upon arrival, no early check-ins were allowed. I had a wedding to attend and needed the room a bit earlier. The room itself was a Beautiful King Room Smoking. The furnishings seemed a bit outdated, and the room's only lamp had a cut-off plug. Not ideal for comfort. The safety latch on the door was also missing. On a brighter note, I appreciated the cleanliness of the sheets. They've been kept bright and fresh. The overall atmosphere could definitely use some upkeep, especially since the trash near the entrance had a strong smell, off-putting. For the price, it was a decent stay, but I wouldn't quickly recommend this place without some improvements. It'd be great to see better service and maintenance on rooms in the future.

Managed to find a clean bed here, but the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The kitchen was unacceptable, with stains and dirt everywhere. Roaches were a major concern, which ruined any chance of a pleasant stay. Definitely not my first choice for future trips.
